I’m thinking about giving CT’s program Behind the Iron Curtain, Soviet Training “Secrets” to Spark New Muscle Growth a go(http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=459235). I am looking for an olympic lifting program to use over my offseason (I’m a college polevaulter) and this seems to fit well. Has anyone tried this program or any other Soviet Olympic lifting program? Or does anyone knows where I could view some other decent olympic lifting programs? Thanks
