Any advise out there for a good basic program for building strength and size.
I have a home gym with a squat rack, dumbbells and kettlebells.
So I would like to do most work at home but don’t mind heading to the gym few times if needed.
So yeah any one good something good
Why don’t you just take a look at the programs section on thibarmy and decide for yourself?
Anyone on this forum could recommend something but that might not be compatible to your specific needs.
I’m sure you’ll find a program that’s suitable for you there, especially if you want to build both strength and size. CT is an advocate of not only looking good and muscular, but also being strong and athletic.
I have also written a lot of free programs for T-nation, most of which can be done with the equipment that you have available.
But as someone pointed out “good program” is something individualisitic. We have different goals, experience, recovery capacity, life stress, personal preferences etc.
If a problem is good on paper but doesn’t suits you, your results will be suboptimal, at best
What you are asking me/us to do, is pick a program for you without knowing anything about you
