I’ve searched articles, on the site and have not been able to find any wealth of like, 10 week strength program, or 5 week strength and mass etcetera. Why is this? And where can I find some programs for thing such as this?

You’re a beginner–you don’t need a specialized program.
How am I a beginner? I’m just looking for some premade programs.
I’ve been lifting for a while now, I just do shit out of books like brawn or the workout I put together myself. I’d like to see something with more progression built in.

Why is this? That’s what I am wandering it would take me all of a few mins to find a training program on here. makes me wander where you are searching? Well ok not really I’m not spending a whole lot of time wandering why you can’t find anything. But intiative is a wanderful thing with it you can find a lot of things you are looking for.

Sorry if I was presumptuous. It just seems to me that someone who was not a beginner probably wouldn’t be looking for a specialized routine that last an arbitrary number of weeks.
