Among many other accomplishments, I know Taranenko competed at age 36 in the 1992 Olympics and age 40 in the 1996 European Championships. Did you get to talk to him about his current health ststus? Specifically if he has any training related issues? Does he still do any olympic-lifting related training for fitness purposes?
Well spill the beans bro, what did he tell you about training,technique etc?
Make sure to ask him plenty of questions!
