Question:

If I got a hold of a professional bodybuilder to interview, would you guys be interested in reading something like this?

I work out at a gym with one pro and somewhat know a pro since we are in the same profession, dietetics. We are both RDs.

I mean the pro goes to my gym. I don’t work out with him.

I would. I’m always interested in hearing how a pro bodybuilder trains and diets.

Sounds like a great idea to me.

Brick would that be George Farrah by chance?

Glad they gave it to Dex, I know I’m echoing what’s been said already, but it’s about time guys like Dex, Heath, and Wolf set more of a standard to aspire towards.

I attended the NPC brooklyn last year and it was great. Kai guest posed, and if you’ve never seen him, he does some wild shit (had his face all done up like the dude in hellraiser -lol).

Brick- I’d be game for any sort of article you penned. You seem a lot more knowledgable than many of the folks who spout off on here lately, and even in the case of interviewing a BBer,… it is always intriguing to hear how someone else trains and eats, whether their approach works for you or not.

S

Desmond Miller and Colette Nelson RD. I have to ask them - NICELY!

you have pros at your gym too, i think its sick when i watch some of the pros train at mine haha

Congrats to the winner, and it’s about time!

One of my top 3, BWA HA HA HA!!!

training w/ high level people definitely motivates and helps…up in VT i’m lucky to train at the gym of a former Mr. USA and an amateur who’s stage weight is 255lbs and walks around at 275-280.

Sidebar: Cutler did look better on day two however I still thing he placed lower than second. Nice to see Freeman improving at this stage in the game, his new dieting approach is working ten fold.

Yeah, Dave Palumbo worked with him this last month and really got him in excellent conditioning, props to Dave!

it’s about time they gave credit to a guy with a PERFECT physique.

The interview is a great idea

Jesus Christ, just look at him…

And from the back…

But Jay, on the other hand, reminds me of Gunter, just shorter and wider.

Back shot.

How did this guy not win, though?

“Fifth? Am I hearing things?”
