Today was the first day I actually went to the training log forum after reading an article on " more women posting."In the article they suggested going to the logs.

Thats a solid deadlift session, good stuff! How many reps are you trying to get with the goal weights? Cause Im sure you could hit 240lbs on deadlift for a few already.
Thanks. I would like to hit 5-8 reps if possible. I have only ever hit 1 rm on anything over 225 lbs, so curious if the 5/3/1 could increase both weight and reps.
Though there is a huge part of me that wants to jump forward and see what my maxes are.

Thanks. I pull conventional, sumo is definitely the weaker of the two. How about you?
On this restart I tried sumo and found I can move a little weight that way.

In addition to what @Frank_C already suggested, starting a training log of your own is a great way to join the lifting community on here. People can observe the work youāre putting in and offer help/tips from their experiences.
I know very few people in real life who work out, let alone take training seriously. These forums are a great place to make some internet friends who have a shared interest. I spend more time on here than on any other form of social media.

Itās not isolated to Canada! Last week we had 70s and sunny on Wednesday. A little cooler but still nice on Thursday. Freezing rain and highs barely touching 40 Friday. An inch of snow overnight Friday but it was sunny and clear by the end of the day Saturday with temps in the 40s. Today the high is 80.
We got the super big wet snow all day yesterday and more shit on the way for the weekend (cold, freezing rain, snow, rain and wind) Yeah mud season, no spring here in Mtl
I am sorry you guys are going through the same pain as me! I just wanna go outside without my parka and having to de-ice my car when I go outside.
The year I was born, (my birthday is April 30) my mother went in to the hospital in shorts and a t-shirt, there was a freak spring storm that dropped like 3 feet of snow, and my poor dad had to get home and get me and my mom warm clothes to be discharged! So, I am not holding out hope of consistent warm weather any time soon!
