List of Bodyweight Exercises

Lie on your back, bring your knees up so your feet are flat on the floor, bring your elbows up and reach back so your palms are flat on the floor.
Now push up. In the end you should be in a similar position to a crab stretch. Then lower yourself until your upper back touches the ground.

is there any effective lower back body weight exersise?

The Gymnastic Bridge, although I think it works other parts of your body harder.
See my post above describing reverse pushups? Just get into the upper position and hold it. If your hands and feet are close enough together your lower back will have to really flex to keep you in position.
Also the Wrestler’s Bridge as taught by Matt Furey is great.

Arch rocks are effective. Hold the position depicted above (below? Don’t know where the pics show up), and rock, keeping your body as close as possible to one smooth curve, like a small plate or bowl pushed of balance.

Yes, it hurts, and it’s very difficult.

And yes, it does look like you’re getting acquainted with the floor in a manner not entirely suitable in public. More something for the privacy of a hotel room.
