I heard about the Egoscue method on TV where two pro footbal players swore by it. Could’nt fgure out how to spell the name and then when on Eric Cressey’s site, he had a link to his book. Little more searching and i found this interview. Interesting view on things. Seems very similar to the dynamic mobilty stuff but more as way to get your base settings (muscular-skeletal)which ypu can then build upon.
