Awesome interview EC, you really came off as very educated, very knowledgeable. I’ll be listening to it a few times. I’m looking for Stuart Mcgill’s book right now
EC –
you mentioned about the tweeners 6’3 - 6’ 7". I am 6’6", but not sure if I am long torsoed or long limbed. Or maybe just short torso, short legged, and big fucking headed.
What criteria do you use for this? Or is it kind of a sliding scale, ie the longer the limbs, the more of the supporting exercises you must do.
Excellent stuff, being 6’6, I havent made many excuses, mainly just blamed my own laziness, Im at 262lbs right now and I get some good comments from women who like seeing a tall guy who isnt a stick! I try to squat to at least a bit lower than paralell, any really good exercises you can recommend to gain mass all over, for us tall people, I do have long legs and either a regular torso or a long torso as well. Thanks!
agreed mike. excuses are for assholes. I was up to 275 last year, and I think I got more looks of fear and sheer terror than anything else. I am back down to a more reasonable 245-250. But, I was just trying to see if I could incorperate some of ECs principles to enhance gains.
