Linebacker programs

Hi guys in T-MAG land I am looking for info on weight training during season for a linebacker. I am 22 yrs old 230 lbs I have played here in Australia for 7 years and have also trained in powerlifting before I managed to injure my right shoulder( much needed weapon for a inside linebacker) I have since altered my weights program but am looking for advice for in-season training, can anyone help?

I don’t believe you are a linebacker. In fact, I think you are an outside linebacker. Not to mention the fact that you have not asked your coach or Defensive Coordinator for help. You should be ashamed…

uhh twice a week probably. don’t do too much. howabout that. thats as good of advice as i can give.
