Limited ROM in Chest

Tried doing Thibaudeau’s approach yesterday as the second workout of the day (not much of a workout, just come in and do some sets of 3 then 2 in the DL) and while I was very slightly bothered when getting up to the top planned weight which was only 325 – although as explosive as possible so the actual force applied was greater – this morning it does feel a little bothered in the same place that it had hurt before with DL’s, so that sucks. I am sure I didn’t do anything serious with it but it suggests that I may be a long way from, if ever, getting back to using decent weight in the DL. [/quote]
Bill, I really feel for you as training is the love of my life. I was in fact programmed from childhood to throw myself into training ( my parents sent me into every single club and sport and musical activity known to mankind ) to the point where actually that has always kept me from bad relationships, ha! ( I am very grateful to parents for that one - I am pretty sure they saw the potential for trouble coming ).

Or, as I say to all my friends recovering from love affairs: there is no better relationship then a love affair with training.

You are absolutely adorable in your report above; your post was the only thing that put a smile on my face today ( mind you I have been out for most of it ). I want to reply in more depth however I am unable to as I am very very poorly. It has been a Bach and Blanket day - I find the arias specially soothing for constant nausea and vomiting - St. Matthew’s Passion fills the entire room, like being immersed and suspended in water and still being able to breathe ( you must go pool ). I must have had a reaction to the anti-e drugs I took. I can never tolerate drugs of any king as I have no history of needing or using them, recreational or otherwise.
And so, from under the blanket I am now sensing Bach and catabolism and thinking of the loss of strength these days sans food are costing me. So I feel for you and having your DL number drop like that must be a kick in the teeth!!!
However,as you said, you have a bullet proof back and it is your backbone, Bill Roberts, that is going to see you through this. You really really need to get the support of the water - go pool! And don’t make me go down there to take you!

I will try to reply to your post proper when I am out of this. In the mean time I wanted to send you some info, is your pm function on ( are you accepting pm’s ) ?

Thanks!

I tried catching up on PM’s a while back but fell into hopelessness again. I will try catching back up again though.

By the way, I did learn of a nearby pool that reportedly is sanitary, so I will be giving that a try.

I just sent you a pm. You can ignore every body else and just read mine,
It is not a pm asking you for help - I know what I have done and I can take care of myself.
You, on the other hand, help a lot of people here and I just wanted to return in kind. The information I sent you has been invaluable to me and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask but I might be off line for a while until I recover.

And you never know, maybe I just pm’d you my phone number.

Thanks!

Now of course I’ve seen specific examples of PM’s needing answering… I’ll have to put it off till Monday though getting restarted on them, as from now till then things will be busy. (Trip to Georgia to see a friend plus considerable work needing doing.)
