GREAT work filling out those long legs, LG. All the more impressive since you just spent (wasted?) some time in a distance running phase?
Great log.

I believe I just recently completed my 4th leg work out after about an 8 month break. I cant wait to see how they look in about 4-5 weeks time.

The pics look great, and Iāll second what chilly said.
Indeed, after another 4-5 weeks they should really be a sight to see.
Getting any back pumps at all?
No back pumps as of yet or any real negative issues at all for that matter.
I am waking up a bit sweaty at night, but the quality of sleep is very good at this point. 50mg of tren per day seems to be about the best dose for me sides/gains.
Really enjoying this cycle at this point in time and am looking extremely forward to weeks to come.
My crippling back pumps only started with the dbol addition. Test and tren left me feeling pumped up but not the imfamous dbol low back killers.
I think the tren is ācontrollingā on minimizing my own bloat or whatever you wanna call it. 19lbs of weight gain with no change in waist size.
Well Iām looking into the possibility of doing my first bodybuilding show on Nov 1st if I can get a few things to line up correctly. I have I believe 4 weeks until I will be 16 weeks out and time to start dieting.
The bad part about all this is my cycle will completely change all of a sudden as the summer look I had in mind will be all but a memory.
I will also end up being on for way longer than I had planned. However heck, you only live once and having the time to prep for a show in life doesnt come around too often depending on careers and all the other little things going on in life.
I should know in the next week or so if I am able to get things in order as they should be and be able to prep for the show.
At that point in time I will likely change to a test/deca/dbol/primo cycle for 12 weeks and then back to something somewhat similar to what im doing now for the weeks leading up to the show. The primo was a late add in in my mind but I figured the extra bit of money for 5 grams of it would likely be worth it.
I do apologize for being all over the map, however this may be the only time I have the opportunity to compete as my future career that Im trying to get into requires my cardio to be a too high of a level.
Thoughts, questions, commentsā¦
Well Im just around corner from completing week 3. All is going very well in my opinion at the curren time.
Sides are very minimal. Bumped the adex dosage up to .4 ml per day as there has been some slight additional puffyness behind the nipples. Sleep has been very good recently. Night sweats are definately present, but not overbearing.
Strength is surely going up week by week as expected. Scale weight is still very close to that lb per day at a 20 lb gain in just under 3 weeks as of last night. Im very happy there as ive definately got slightly leaner in the process.
Starting on the 10th of June will put me about the halfway point this coming tuesday if this cycle ends up being 8 weeks as planned.
My weight peaked out a few days back at 240lbs which is 22 over my start weight. Sitting somewhere in the high 230s now as I added some clen back in for the last few days and it seems to strip a few lbs off almost immediately.
T3 was at 50mcg this past week and will drop to 25 next week. The synergy of all these products is giving me a slightly warm feeling most of the time. Showers are 2-3x per day just to keep the clammy feeling off the skin.
Night sweats have definately increased this past week to much more than they were before. Waking up with the sheets damp now whereas a week or so back my skin would just be rather clammy. Irritability was also more apparent this past week.
Strength is climbing with each work out which is to be expected in my opinion. Im having the odd feed day here and there in order to pack some size on. My origional plan was to try to get rather lean, however I cant get past the wanting to be big feeling in my head most of the time.
Gained an inch on my arms and close to an inch and a half on my legs already. A lot of the leg size could potentially be muscle memory as throughout this past year size and strength in the legs wasnt a main concern over being able to run. Definately noticing more of a rubbing on my innner thigh that didnt seem to be there before.
Pinning daily has not been much of an issue at all although I did miss one day. Adex is currently .5mg day and taking 25mg B6 in the morning and 250mg in a tablet at night. Also started taking a potassium supplement this past week for some of the cramping I was experiencing in my legs.
Do you usually have to take .5mg of adex ED? are you sensitive to E-related sides or just staying on the safe side with tren in the mix?
Overall sounds like the prop/ace/mast mix is going rather well for you glad to hear it. IMO the night sweats and irritability are minor compared to the results and body comp changes it seems like the mix is going to produce for you.

I cant wait to see your next pics mate - and inch and an inch and a half? wow~!
J
Im actually somewhere around .4 but I suppose I just rounded it up.
Also running 25mg of oral winstrol per day along with the mix. Which I just upped to 2x/day over the last few days to see if it would make much difference.
In the past before I knew better I ran little to no AI and always developed some chunks behind the nipples that did completely go away post cycle. I suppose that now that im much more more about the topic that I may be being a bit agressive.
So with the added winstrol it puts me up to just over 1400/wk or 1200 without the addition. I find that the .5mg a day suits that doseage rather well for myself.
My opinion definately agrees with yours. Im not dropping the tren out of the mix anytime soon.
Congrats on the progress LG, no gain in waist size is impressive!
What kind of training are you doing?
I was doing a split for the first couple weeks but then I was getting to the gym 6 days a week so I swapped things out to
Chest
Back
Bis/Tris
Shoulders/Traps
Legs/Calves
For most bodyparts after im completely warmed up Im going for 3-4 reps for around 6 sets.
With my days of rest coming as I need them or when I cant make it to the gym. Most of my shifts are 12 hours so its tough to make it everyday after that, but I do most of the time.
Starting to incorporate more cardio in now on a treadmill fast walk on a high incline 45mins 4x wk.

Preach brother!
I work 12 hours too. Its insanely tough to work 12+. Get home not be able to sleep. Finally get maybe 4 hours and then feel rushed to get to the gym because I have to be at work in 3 hours. We do what we gotta do though I guess.

You doing that cardio morning fasted, LillGuy? Iām trying to do cardio at night in addition to the morning but I find that almost every single time I do I have massive trouble getting to sleep or I wake up about 8 times during the night. I actually took some Nytol last night just so I could sleep through the night.
Most of my cardio Im actually doing at work. During my 12 hour shifts I usually get around an hour to get some cardio in and a quick shower and back to work. That way I get it done and its out of the way.
1.5 grams of GABA, 3mg melatonin and a 5htp tab once in a while if im feeling like I have too much energy close to bed time works wonders to get me to sleep.
Well just into my 5th week here and nothing to extensive to report. If anyone has any specifics that they are curious of then my all means ask.
Ill see what I can do for some photos in the next few days here so I have a mid point reference.
Weight is still in the high 230s with a definate improvement in overall appearence week by week. Strength gains are going up in each and every work out.
Today was back day and I finally incorporated some deads back in after months of not doing them. Close to 6 months likley for that matter.
Sets were as follows
135 x 8 x 2
225 x 8
295 x 8
325 x 6
350 x 4 x 2
Nothing all too great however I was rather happy as I hadnt done a set in months.
post some pictures!
Well I saw something very nice today when I stepped on the scale. 241 lbs. Was quite happy indeed about that.
Now running adex close to 1mg per day split into a couple doses to combat this gyno that is flaring up. Dont want any leftovers after this cycle is done.
Strength is still climbing, im definately a percent or two leaner than the beginning of this cycle and the gains keep coming.
I had planned on stopping this cycle at the end of week 8, however I also assumed that withouth increasing the dosage or eating a ton more that the weight/gains would have tapered off by now. So things may continue a bit longer than origionally planned.
Overall mood has been quite elevated as of recent times, libido is still up as well. Also noticed that im more lethargic than usual early in the evening. Dont know if its directly related to the extra hormones, weight gain or the fact that life is keeping me rather busy at this point in time.
I will attempt to get some updated photos in the near future however things are pretty busy right now between work, school, gym eating and sleeping.

I feel you, iām the same way.
Keep up the good work!
