Lifting w/ Monthly Travel?

I have a very good chance of getting posted to another department where I have to be overseas for up to a week each month.

The problem is I don’t know which week of the month that would be,if not I would go with a 3weeks on,1 week deload routine.

Anyone in the same boat?

Not trying to be a dick, but they have gyms overseas. Just do a google search for the city you are going to as soon as you find out where you are going.

Would it always be a different post, or is there a chance that you would return to the same locations after a while. If so, you could find a gym in each area and know ahead of time that you would be set up to lift.

There have been plenty of posts in the past “Good powerlifting gym in XYZ?”. Just start a new thread each time you are heading overseas, maybe even meet up with some of the other T-Nation members in other countries.

I agree with Modi.

My job, which I just left, had a very erratic schedule and very often work/career, family and life would keep me from training from days to a week.

Even the most rigid of programs have some room for accommodation/manipulation.

You could always buy some jumpstretch bands. combine that with some BW stuff and you have a pretty good little workout with little space needed.
