I have a small video camera called a sony bloggie. I attach it to a flexible tripod and set it up in different spots around the gym

Ben, Do you ever auto regulate your sets/reps/percentages, or do you have them all written out in advance for a month or so of your program? I know before you said you heavily modify your programs so this question is kind of related to that.

I think in the vid above (wl shoe experiment) you are touching on an important point that is never really discussed.

Lifts can look similar/identical but FEEL completely differently. Or a lift can even look great&fast but feel like shit. The element of how a lift “feels” and how it should be used to guide technique is an interesting topic imo.

What kind of raised insoles do you use for the chucks?

not much to say other than a big thanks! your videos/workouts display the dedication and work ethic that anybody who wants to excel in sport should see. and your humility, respectfulness and perspective are refreshing.

please keep sharing with us.

Just popping in to say I enjoy watching your vids, and you inspire me as a fellow 198er…though my best total so far is only 1500. Watching you lifts makes me push that much harder for what I know I’m capable of.

Ben,

I just wanted to say thank you for posting these videos. Your attitude and intelligence is so refreshing, and your work ethic is inspiring. It is great to get a glimpse into the training mind of an elite athlete. You seem wise beyond your years and I wish you the best of luck as you work to obtain your goals.
