Least Favorite Exercise?

I hate training arms

I need to train them now tho, badly. On a scale of 0 to 10 my love for arm training has evolved from 0 to maybe 2, so I’m positive I might find a good way to target them. Bring the curl machine

I hate doing the ass machine

Abs, always abs

I really hate any kind of long duration cardio. Running long distance, cycling etc. Always hated it as a kid and still do

The lift I hate most has to be the bench press. But that’s mostly because I’m rubbish at it (cursed with long skinny arms)

deadlifts cause me the most problems but in terms of sheer hate it has to be plank variations

Any exercise that you dont get decent “bang for your buck”

Abs

a bunch of the things listed here are definitely things I hate, but I also don’t do them, so I don’t think they really qualify (planks, shrugs, abs, one leg anything, etc).

I don’t particularly like any overhead work in general, probably because I’m so shitty at it. And I don’t like good mornings but I do them from time to time.

Cardio isnt a work out so those answers dont count :slight_smile:

Id also like to add squats. I have a terrible time getting my form right. I found a partial solution by doing them slightly above parallel with a safety squat bar. I feel like I can never orient my hips relative to my torso and legs correctly to do a squat that is comfortable.

I also really dont like anything isolation, because I feel like one of those people on a jazzercise commercial and they feel kind of useless. No matter how hard I chaise a “pump” I never feel tired enough to quit and dont feel like I had a good session.
