Kinda struggling to keep my weight below 75kg/165. I’m usually at 74 to 75 in the mornings. Gotta lose a little because I’ll be coming home in November, and that simply means I’m gonna eat. A lot. Hopefully I get to 72 to 73kg before I go home. For sure by the time I come back I’ll be back at 75 to 76 lol

Transitioned into night shift yesterday. Only had 4 hours of sleep since i still went to the hospital in the morning and then came back at 7pm.
The barbell came yesterday. I was too excited to not use it today

The barbell is damn nice. No more worrying if the barbell will roll in my hands or on my back because it’s bent and you picked it up the wrong way. The knurling is just the right amount of aggressiveness for me. Glad I didn’t die too. Was literally yawning in between sets on the squat lol

How’s nightshift treating you?
It’s really miserable. The responsibilities are totally different from last year. I really enjoyed night shift last year but this time around it really sucks. Someone pointed out to me that it’s gonna be the halfway mark this Wednesday and it surprised me cause it totally feels much longer than just two weeks.
