I would drop them right away, sounds tricky.
Easy to balance and stabilize with one hand. My other hand would hold onto some other nearby surface for support, so balance isn’t an issue.
On another thought, I wonder how some workers manage to balance bigger sacks of rice on their head. I’ve seen sacks containing like 50kg on their heads lol
That’s what I figured you were doing, balancing without supporting it. lol.

Realized there’s a big bag of dog food here. Might try it out. Maybe that picture isn’t so far fetched lol
If you guys ever come across some Pompano fish
- Rub salt on fish
- Fry the fish and set aside
- Sauce: mix cooking soy sauce (I prefer not to use Kikoman), sugar, water to taste
- Saute garlic
- Pour the sauce mixture, let it simmer a bit
- Add the fish back in and “bathe” the fish with the sauce and do the same to the other side

Same stuff without the bulgarian split squats. Dunno why but the inside of my left knee is inflammed. I think I sat in an awkward way that irritated the pes anserine bursa. Hopefully it’s not the MCL. The inflammation is toning down now.
I managed to injure myself without sports, without a gym, during quarantine, at home, just studying and sleeping the whole day. ![]()

No progression unfortunately, except for the split squats. Now doing 12 reps per leg. Will increase by twos until I get to 20

You got me there thinking, Mort. I guess I gotta add sets now (unless I find a few heavier things). If I’m gonna spend time on it, might as well get something out of it.
Whatever u do try to get within 6 reps or closer to failure with > 30% 1RM weight. Won’t have to go too crazy with the total number of sets at this level of difficulty.
Beef Steak. Called Bistek Tagalog where I’m from
Beef Steak
- Marinade: soy sauce, garlic, lemon, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce to taste, marinade at least overnight.
- Saute onions, set aside
- Fry beef by batches in oil of onions. Set aside marinade for later
- Put back beef, add a little water, simmer until semi tender
- Put some onions, simmer
- Put remaining marinade when beef is almost tender
- Add remaining onions
- Let simmer until tender
Keep adding a little water when simmering to prevent drying
