felt more balanced now

Some sort of banded rows 3 x 20

Found some bands, still trying to find something overhead that’s very stable. For now, I looped them near the ground, so my rows are somewhat a hybrid of rows and upright rows if you get what I mean. If I lean more forward, it becomes more of a horizontal row. Oh well, doing with what I can here.

Still hesitant to starting doing push ups because I’d prefer to keep the back and chest balanced.

Also, eating like I still lift lately, so my stomach is getting bigger. Should I reduce food intake? I’m just banking on it going away when I start to lift again

Barbell + plates still not an option? Strongarm Sport offers very high quality bars for budget prices. They based in Canada so shipping ain’t that bad for you guys in the US.

They don’t usually ship to Australia but I just bought a noodle bar from them and I’m talk with their owner to ship a power bar also.

I’d eat at maintenance and hit volume to near failure with maximal loading (even if that is just bodyweight but we can see how 40 rep sets are gonna be inefficient) to maintain muscle.

May need to get creative with exercises like 50L jerry can farmers/shrugs/rows, calisthenics + weights in a back pack etc.

I can use my big pig brain to brainstorm for u if need be. Just this morning I was looking up hamstring slides which be good for reps

No where to place it here in the house I’m currently in lol. I’m hoping quarantine ends relatively soon.

I’m just waiting for the rice to be loaded so I can use the rice sack. Seems sturdy enough for putting stuff in. Will see what I can do from there. Performance-wise, the most important thing for me right now is maintaining leg strength, so as long as the rice sacks do the trick, I think bulgarian split squats will do for the time being

Oh crap I just realized that I can hold the remaining filled rice sacks in a different way so that it doesn’t hit the floor when I do bulgarian split squats. LOL. Thanks piggie!
