I don’t think I’ll be able to hit the gym before I leave. Lots of meeting up with old friends before I go. I’m good with that cause my knees are a little banged up from the last game. Accidentally hit the ground in a wrong way so it still feels bruised. Getting better though.

Take some tippex into the gym, correct all the stated weights to real measures.

At least my lifts would look heavier (to me at least) by using bigger numbers lol. Is that why Americans still like using lbs? Cause a 315 squat sounds way cooler than 140 lol

Found a park with a playground where I could do some stuff.

Double overhand pull ups 3, 3, 3, 3

Inverted rows 5, 5, 5

Some plyometric jumps (running approach) 5, 5, 5

Also found some 5lbs DBs at home.
Superset:
side laterals 20
front raise 15
rear delt flyes 15
2 rounds

Plan to switch that to rear delts first, then side delts, then front in order to reflect order of importance

Will try to find a way to replicate face pulls too. Oh well. Hope you guys are safe and are able to keep doing home workouts if you’re stuck at home without a gym too.
