How’s the neck, shoulders and biceps tendons feeling these days? That picture makes me want to poke him in the tummy with my finger.

Handstand pushups are something I’ve always wanted to do but never tried.

naps 5x5 is something I’d like to try but never seem to get around to.

I love the picture.

Naps are the bomb.

Especially when you have a little one snuggling under your chin.

Hey man, just wanted to check in and let you know that i am still reading and digging this thing man.

Still killing it as always…Keep it up and get your kid deadlifting man! you don’t want him to be behind the curve!

thanks foe the E-support people
Alpha- thanks foe stopping by!!!

My kids and I would love to be with you today! Great out of the gym training. I’m hoping to do some outdoor training this weekend.

Time to get back to the weights. Kids got to be bigger than you already.

I’m flying my almost-12-year-old hockey-playing son out right now. Send him home when you’re done with him. But feel free to keep him for the next several years if you desire.

Hel your right little man is not so little

he is close to 18 pounds or past it.
and 27" long or tall.

Hope you can get back to hittin the weights real soon. Not that the BW stuff isn’t great for you. Enjoy the little one, they grow quick.

You got that right. Mine are all growwed up and gone.

Enjoy every minute. The sacrifice is worth it.
Glad to see you are taking care of yourself as well, save for not watching out for screws on the floor.

Thanks people…

I am enjoying the time with little man I was really surprised how hard it is to go to work
after spending two or three days with worse is leaving while he is still asleep

Kevin I went thru that as well with my kids and then for a period of 5 years I was traveling every week and home on the weekends. This too shall pass. Enjoy what you have when you have it.

Your BW stuff is great for rehab and getting something done. How is your neck doing these days?

The ab wheel is from hell. That is all.

I had a period where I went straight from work to classes when by boy was almost a year old. He was sleeping in the morning when I left and usually in the evening when I got home. It totally sucked. I just really tried to make the most of the time with him I did have.

Thanks people…

We spend allot of time together-
was just harder then I thought to not see him for 2 or 3 days

Soldog- my neck feels good- good enough to trick me into trying something stupid.
but I think its a trap Usually I ice it every time I train.
right now I am not feeling that need.

I also ice my right shoulder after most training- that shoulder has continued to feel like ass.

this lack of activity has been surprisingly good for most joints long term aches etc

sounds like you’re healing as well as keeping fit. life sounds pretty good in the puppet household

Once you get used to have the little dudes with you all the time, serious seperation anxiety can brew when you apart. My long work days followed by long nights in the gym always end with me racing home to, still sweaty and shakey from lifting, read by kid books and tuck him in. Had a couple days and nights where I didn’t see him, that was no good.

I think if I suddenly treated by body as good as you are treating yours, my joints wouldn’t know what to do…
