I liked wnba cause it was 50’s basketball- passing game and strong defense[/quote]

I would like the NBA to at least pretend they want to play defense though.

That’s what i loved about women’s rugby when I was in college. instead of trying to wrack heads, they concentrated on moving the ball. a pretty exciting technical game.

plus they would occasionally tear pcs of each other’s clothing off, which is, as you know, an irresistable draw.

Maybe more guys would watch WNBA if there were more fights?

good point MJ- need to see more soccer style shirtless celebrating

it is true the women have less ego- shit talking and posturing.
and play a game to move the ball puck what ever- all to win.

this morning-

tabata protocol

bw squat 8 rounds

then
dips 3x20
ab wheel 3x12

the squats ad up to something like 130
did the other shit with plenty of rest

pvc rolling

another WNBA game tonight.
looking forward to this weekend worked last weekend.

Womens gymnastics is a thing of beauty. That combination of agility and explosiveness is damn impressive.

Joe I like where this is going…

I LOVE womens O-lifting too

dont get me started on those gear whore chicas too

tabata’s stuff feels like a big squat set in that I feel all swole jacked and empty for a few hours.

and they are the YUMMIEST little things.

Interesting conversation.

My powerlifting coach, who is an old-timer, gave up handling men because of their egos. Says women are willing to listen and be sensible.

Gear whore chicas?

Good work in here KMC, I hope things are going well with the family and the young one.

Hi Kmc! Just checking in on you.

I’d like to get you started on it. It really is some sexy, sassy looking stuff.

My ex husband coaches soccer at a fairly high level. Years ago he coached provincial boys and girls teams and said they required completely different coaching styles. Boys don’t listen and think they know everything but you can yell at them indiscrimately. Girls listen, pay attention and aim to please but if you yell, they cry. Plus they talk about their periods a lot.

I guess a really good coach has to be flexible

There’s no crying in baseball. There - is - no - crying - in baseball!

Yeah, men and women are different for sure.

Thanks people…

Jack that video is pretty funny.

in the little ‘coaching’ I have done Judo or wrestling-

boys and girls do require different techniques and give feedback much faster
for Adults in Judo the feedback helps dictate where classes are going

Teaching or coaching- are kind of hard for me to do.
Its hard to be around something you cant do and I cant manage the time commitment
to get good results
the last Judo club taught in - people wanted more classes- then I could offer
cause I make it fun or different enough- kind of like breaking down math for someone with
dyslexia :))))))

I would love to open a tiny garage gym like diesel crew or zach even Esch
and just work with wrestlers- but again the time commitment is hard to do

that brings me to little man…

at just past 6 months we did a Dr visit.

17lbs 13 oz.
27 inches long

every one asks when will he start training.
and I do catch myself getting him to do little tiny drills
or holding planks or jumps

but I promised the wife he does not have to play the sports I did

some training

this weekend

pullup dip and lawn mowing pruning medley

this morning

no tabata
100 bw squats (2x50)
100 pushups (3x 35 and change)

v

this morning-

tabata bw squat
tabata pushups

uglee

thats about all I have time for
will catch up on all you people another time.
thanks

6am

tabata mountain climber
ab roll outs 3x10
bw bulgarian split 3x10

these sucked ass

I did enough mountain climbers in the Corps, I bet your work capacity has exploded.

not yet-

its about the same right now- or less then usual
less volume of training and work has been less physical
then usual.
I just need to get at the bodyweight training with more frequency…

keep getting after it when you can fit it in. You’re doing great!

What’s a tabata push up? How’s it differet than a regular one? When your boy is old enough are you taking him to the gym and will you take some good videos? Every time I see little boys trying to look like their dads I think I ovulate and want another baby. Then I have a lie down and a shot of something. It goes away but it’s still cute as hell seeing the little boys try to be men.
