got to see Marion Jones the track star and steroid scandal survivor
at a WNBA game.
One of my gigs is a basketball talk show - that now shoots right after a game.
saw a great game and did the show.

turns out WNBA trumps NBA by miles.
the women play to win- and not just to score, they play a passing game and have little ego.
so it turns out that Marion Jones- plays for the Tulsa bolt as a pro womens basket ball player
it was a very cool to see that.

Admire the way you’ve been sticking to the body weight workouts. The BW squats are surprizingly hard. Tried doing some the other day and was shocked how quick the legs pumped up.
Still kinda pissed at Miss Jones and especially her ex, CJ Hunter. Added another blemish to T&F.
I think you’re the only one I know connected to the entertainment industry. Except family members being chased on Cops, of course.

Harry most of the BW stuff leads to big swole feeling, I am liking the tabata protocol more and more
been a while since I played with it. Its funny doing the squats and then doing some kind of dip or pull up
or even pushups is disorienting all the blood is in the lower body and you feel ā€˜light’

Dont get me started on CJ hunter- its Santa Monica track club all over again,
Jackie Joyner Kersey, Flo Jo, Carl Lewis, Gail Devers, and later Michael Johnson
all used the same trainer go figure why they had the resultts they had

I remember another great athlete Michelle smith who was an Irish swimmer who had a husband/boyfriend trainer
who was her drug guru and she went from top 20 to placing in worlds and other euro championships.

I liked wnba cause it was 50’s basketball- passing game and strong defense
