I love how you make everyday living a workout. It is, really, if one can think of it that way and chooses the options that allow it to be so.

You’re keeping busy. Like the improvised workouts. Just got a couple of bottles of honey from the guy on my route who keeps bees. Said he had a great year, too.

Just get a weighted vest and find out how “easy” simple bodyweight type exercise are .

Joe I think I always have had abs I never get too soft, while not super skinny
weight is hard for me to keep.

eco- we moved to outside of the city- to a cute small town in westchester-
thus the stress of contractors, and paying for several places at once.

I can do 5 or more hand stand pushups against a wall

Rick I am looking at some weighted vests on ebay right now- some of them are free shipping
I did see a 25lb vest at walmart for 50 bucks from golds gym.

Ksnap being gymless right now I try to make stuff fun - and its kind of funny to write too.

KMCNYC You have a lot of stuff on your plate. Get strong when you can.
My kid was 2 and hanging around the weights but I still trained. It isn’t the start, but the finish.
Keep your eye on the finish. It never comes but it is easier to think of the start.
