plate pushes, leg swings , hydrants, 90/09 stretch db squat jumps are the highlights.

Oh squat 95x10,135 2x5

A snatch grip deficit 135x5,225x5,315 3x3,365 3x2

B zercher from floor 225 5x5

C1 OH squat 95 3x10
C2 db snatch 70 3x8 both dem.

Notes.

Forgot some of my ‘rules’
I can bench + row or OH press + pullup
after pulling not before.
Squats it depends on what is going on…

Pulls slow out of the gate, 365 for a dub felt like 500.

zerchers always equals ass toast. I cant go more then 275 on these off the floor
so doing them for modest reps is more fun.

OH squats- fix my shit

db snatches with big loud jumps

skipped abs but after zerchers they are kind of a mute point.

so far its a good week

OH squat snatch grip pull and some hanging leg raises yesterday morning.
all I need is some Front squats and some jumps to feel all spry and shit.

I’m really busy and stressed at the moment as well but your litany of ass sucking adventure with the bank and your home has made me feel absolutely chill and relaxed. Thanks for that. Notes.

Pulling in the morning didnt suck as much as I thought it would
still no grip and hips low back too tight.
365 felt heavy as hell.

I had some pain in my left elbow and realized that things like snatch grip deads, or high pulls
might be causing allot of the pain in my elbows.
that kind of sucks

little squat jumps felt good,
when I pull snatch grip my heels are almost touching- and toes are out…
between those and the BSS my quads are done.

other random shit…
OH squats- not today, sadly I think I have done something to my ac joint in my right shoulder
I say this based on the kind of pain I am having, where it is localized and how it has been feeling
with the humidity
I pulled most of this in socks- totally different- felt harder if possible

Training is on hold for a bit, my neck is more broken then usual.
One guy is pushing some surgery-ugh. Im looking into a new chiro/art type
and see what they say.
