Deadlifts-

the belt helped but I certainly couldnāt āpushā into it.
I kind of donāt get the point either to do more then say 5 reps with this.
Air humps- I miss using weight on these- but its āprescribedā
sprints after the first 2 they felt great, I should do these all the time.
crank up the speed, jump on and off the rails to do the intervals.

I can see how your wrestling background would draw you to the knee jump squat thingys. They look brutal. And if you want to live life like me you have to be able to get on all the rides.
Those ābottom stance jumpsā suck!! But they work like nothing else for building explosive power. We did those alot in sambo training with a guy on our back-Fuck those were hard.

Quick note: Super Dieters Tea- can get at any grocery store. Just make sure you are near a restroom and have some time to spend reading a book. My protocol is drink at night before going to bed -wake up with cramps -go into bathroom and flush 3 times in fear of spilling over. (when backed up)

Orange, sugar free metamucil. I drink it twice a day for cholesterol reasons but it keeps me almost to regular. Also, it makes it effortless when you do sit down to go.

to prevent colon loading, I usually include a couple teaspoons of metamucil in each of my 3 daily shakes. partially because prozac gives me the shits.

A doula is a professional labor coach- there to help the āmomā and partner/dad
cope with labor and keep the birth human vs clinical.

I am pleased that the fiber has worked, I do fiber and greens sup- several times a day-
but have been racking up on protein more then usual.
The secret ingredient has been beets- I ate a huge serving of fresh roasted beets yesterday and am god to g.
