Killer Ab-Workout

Someone give me one. Simplicity is best. I am trying to get rid of my little layer of fat and I want the mirror to show me a nice surprise when that layer is gone.

I know there are a billion articles and posts about abs. But i am looking for a specific full week ab plan that has worked for someone.

Thanks.

You answered your own question…you should get results from any ab workout as long as you lose the fat

Squats and milk.

What is that?

Search the archives for CT’s “Abs for Athletes and Babehounds”…there are two versions I believe.

You do know that contracting your abdominal muscles will have little to no effect on your layer of fat?

Ab wheel. That’s all you need.

pushaway and hold. Push your body away from the dinner table, then hold in the plank position with abdominals braced for 5 minutes

Squat with the bar in the crooks of your elbows. Out of all the squat variations, theses kill my abs/core the most.

Google a video/pic.

Diet! diet is everything to get your abs to show. As long as you build up some muscle in your stomach the abs will show through if and only if your body fat is low enough. Try posting your diet and see if people on here can help you with that and then try different abs routines.

Personally after you change your diet, great ab workouts that i have experience are heavy squats and deadlifts, rope crunches, hanging leg raises and decline sit ups. Not all in one workout. Hope this helps.
