Alright guys, just started onto a course of ZMA, NOX3 and Kre-alkalyn ph correct creatine ontop of the glutamine and API protein im already on. do any of you guys know what i should be looking out for??
like should i gain much out of this??

Well I wont be the first to say this on this thread but whats your diet like and training cuz supplements are just that SUPLEMENTS to a Good diet and Good Training program! That being said ZMA is always a good Idea and I’ve heard NOX3 is decent but Remember to eat well beside Food and Sleep grow muscles not supplements!

NOX3 is shit. Kre-alkalyn is a gimmick. I would look out for time-share salesmen. Seems like you would be an easy target.
You are under the impression that supplements = gains?
That is far from the way things work.
You have provided us no information about your diet or training. So, we can provide you with no information about your likely success or failure.
There is a lot more to it than buying supplements. Supplements are on the least important end of things.
L-arginine products, (ie absoulty any nitrus product), do absoulty nothin for long term strength and size gains. so unless your willing to shell out that 70 dollers a month to keep the effects, or, your getting ready for a show, id get off it, glutamins good shit,
also, try a BCAA, those things work wonders.
what type of creatine(s) are you takeing and how/when?
Alot of people that I actually respect like kre-Alkalyn because of the lack of bloating and such.
Either way, you should be watching out for wasting all your money, if anything.
