Is the Mass Stack Worth It?

I’m going to start a year long bulk in about 2 1/2 weeks, and I have a list of supps I was pretty much set on taking:

Flameout
Carbolin 19
BCAA
ZMA
Anabolic Pump

And obviously Metabolic Drive, Surge, and a Multi-Vite.

My question is, should I bother with the AP and Carbolin 19? Are they really worth the money, and will they really help me gain that much more muscle/keep my BF in check any more so than if I went through the bulk without them?

No. It is not worth it for someone starting to gain weight. Supplement stacks are an extra edge for those who already accomplished a great deal, they account for 5% of results at best. For you they will produce little to zero difference. If anything, get Metabolic Drive protein from here, it’s great and it will make a significant contribution.

Otherwise, spend your money and efforts on food and gaining strength in the 6-10 repetition range. If you do that for a year, you will understand why these stacks are unnecessary. Now THAT’S worth it.

Great advice… I’d still keep the Flameout myself, and maybe 1 pill of Rez-V per day( bottle lasts 3 months if you do that).

BCAA MIGHT be a good addition pre/post workout, but other than that you need to be getting FOOD in your body rather than supps.

Ya, Meta Drive and Flameout are both things that are a big must have. The other thing I would keep would be a bottle of ZMA.

Its cheap and it really does make you sleep good. I use it off and on and it really makes me feel pumped after a nice long 8 hours of sleep. The other stuff is, like Vegeta said, only worth it if you are already really serious about it. It comes down to that old pyramid of proper nutrition (speaking of food here not supplements), training and then at the very top of the pyramid is supplements.

They help the #2 or #3 get to be #1.

Dont waste you money on this shit. Do you think Arnold was using all the crap to get the way he got?

Or do you think he did a lot of hard work and a lot of eating?
The only thing you need it weights, food, protein powder, and the book “Nutrient Timing”.

Thanks guys. I already have my nutrition and training dialed in, which is why I asked about the supps.
