Tribulus and ZMA Stack

I’ve been looking over previous posts and reading up on Tribulus and ZMA supplements and have been thinking about jumping on to a stack of the products. Alot of people swear by tribulus while others hate it, I figure it all depends on the person but what I want to know is if I should even bother at age 19 with the product.

I’ve posted about M1T’s before and was told if im not over 21 or 23 there’s no point in taking steroids. I know tribulus technically isn?t a steroid but it still boosts T levels so is this just a waste of my money? If so what supplements can I be spending my money on to increase my strength and muscle training?

i would take ZMA but not the trib

im 20 an took many trib pills but didnt notice a diff

and ZMA just made me sleep an feel better

depends on your body

creatine and glutamine.
i feel like CEE helps my strength a lot. When i diet down i like to use glutamine to curb soreness. Those are the only two supplements that i can notice a difference with.

You’d probably be better suited at your age (and natural hormone profiles) just spending your $ on protein and BCAA supps.

If ZMA is simply just for sleep than I don’t need it because i get plenty at school, and I realise Tribulus doesn’t work for everyone but i’m willing to give it a shot if someone thinks at age 19 it will still boost my “T” levels and produce better results in the gym.
Also I like the idea of glutamine but don’t you find creatine just blows you up like a bubble and the moment you stop taking it you become deflated? thats just from my past experience with it.

I would still say ZMA for the cost would be worth it for any hard training individual.

Would something like Surge Recovery be a proper glutamine or recovery supplement.

Also from my past experiences with creatine, I found it just blew me up like a ballon with water retension and then once i stopped I deflated… is this what everyone is looking for when taking creatine?

ive been on kre-alkalyn for the past month an havent felt my stomach bloat as much as regular mono…but yet again im not lean enough to really see water retention…but i have stayed the same weight for the most part an have gotten alot stronger and thicker

try cee or kre alkalyn if you want another go with creatine…

and the zma was really worth it for the price was more than just a sleep aide

Creatine will create an environment whereby you can train harder (ATP production), and the muscles will have more water in them, which creates a favorable environment for protein synthesis to occur. BUT most of the miraculous weight gain people experience from creatine is only water retention.

The real effects will not happen if you are not sufficient in your training, or your diet (protein, cals, etc). AGAIN, save you money, or spend it on something you actually need.
