(hint) You will probably get a better response if you ask about Biotest products.

do they have the same thing??? hah

No. BSN is THE staple in the industry for bullshit useless products meant to rip of customers.

Why don’t you give us some stats such as age, weight, strength levels, and what your goals are and we can recommend some quality Biotest supps.

The two main things I will recommend to help you attain your goals are the Metabolic Drive Complete MRP and Surge Post workout recovery drink. If you use these along with the right nutrition and lifting program they will greatly help you reach your muscle and strength goals for the next year. If cost is a factor in your case substitute Grow! Premium Whey for the Metabolic Drive.

Number two go into the T-Nation store and read up on the individual product information articles. I always tell the new guys to do this and with reason. If you are educated you will be much better off putting together an effective supplement stack when specific goals call for it. Oh, and use spell check on your posts.

Good luck,

D

No fruits and veggies? That sounds like a pretty crappy diet to me.

What the hell is “diet green tea?”

What the hell are grammar and spelling? (apologies if English isn’t your first language)

For the time being, save your money on supps. Just get back into heavy training and use the money you would spend on supps on FOOD. Once you can gain 1 to 2 pounds every other week consistantly(with your strength increasing), than worry about adding in supps.

160lbs and you want to cut?

I’m 160 but also under 5’4" haha. I am not ready to cut now, I want to get to about 175-180 and see what my lifts are up to before I think about cutting.

I am looing at Metabolic Drive COMPLETE and Metabolic Drive Surge Recovery Drink.

Should I add creatine? what kibnd of creatine? What about ZMA Anabolic Mineral Support?

If you can budget it in and still afford plenty of food then yes Creatine and ZMA would be good additions. If you have read the info articles then you will know why they are good additions.

I talk about the BSN Mass Stack (and why you should SAVE YOUR MONEY) in the up coming FitCast. It should be released this weekend.

thanks for the info.

As most on this site will tell you, make sure that you have your food intake dialed in well before worrying about supplements. A good start would be reading the above link and then pretty much every other article written on the site by Dr. John Berardi and Dr. Lonnie Lowery.

Just read, read and read when you have spare time. Then if you feel it can help there are a bunch of quality supplements on this site.

The general consensus here is that NO2 supplements are complete crap and do nothing, having never tried them I can’t comment.

On the question of what kind of creatine, the creatine found here on this site is well priced, and high quality, just mix it in with your Surge pwo, and it should work just as well as more expensive insulin-delivery creatine.

Agreed, Creatine Monohydrate and Surge is superior to the “bells and whistles insuline delivery” $80 creatine some other companies are passing off as high tech.

Go out and buy the book “Scrawny to Brawny” by JB, the plan works great. I went from 180 to 220 in less in seven or so months, didnt gain to much fat (you will gain fat when bulking dont try to rip up your abs at the same time.)

I also followed a westside based conjugate training, and I highly recommend any westside type of program for gaining size and strength. There are many different resources to get info on this type of training. Let me know if I can help ya out with anythign else
