I wonder how much of your current look is due to increased cortisol from the stress. I’m just noticing parallels with myself right now with increased stress and the visual changes to my physique.
Good luck with everything you’ve got going on.[/quote]
That is a definite possibility actually. Thanks man, same to you!

I would echo LoRez’s comments. Stress and lack of sleep really slow down progress. I recommend staying the course as much as you can while not worrying when you cannot get a workout in. Or when the diet is not exactly correct for the day.
I have noticed that once I get some sleep and a normal schedule going again for a few days that the progress comes quickly - almost as if progress was building up the entire time but only released once the stress events are removed. Perhaps similar to how you can sometimes hold off a sickness during very busy times; once the stress is removed the sickness hits. May be nonsense but perhaps it will help - even in a psycho-somatic sort of way.

Short time off? And/or giving something like phosphatidyl serine or bacopa monnieri a chance? Neurochill might be a product worth looking into – I’ve not used it personally.
Both of those ingredients have been effective for me.

I will look into those ingredients cheers. I just feel I have to preserve best as possible, I have only 3 weeks, albeit intensive, left.
My lowerbody days are abysmal right now. I’m taking at least a week off everything lifting and starting from scratch and re configuring my diet and training.
Still no training for me this week. Feeling pretty good with the time off instead of feeling a somewhat overwhelming burden and expectation that after hours upon hours of writing I have to kill myself physically in the gym.
Will be working out my new diet and training game plan this week though and will post it.
For Hollister you want Abs and Biceps right? Maybe some shoulders too… Did you rip off your shirt during the interview to show your awesomeness?
Seriously though, hope you get the gig.

Had a pump session before the interview which went well, it was hollister so wasn’t exactly tough but needed a good arm pump for it.
