I am a 18 year old male who has just started getting serious about lifting for sports. I play baseball and football and want to get stronger faster and more flexible. I just started lifting last week and I did a few tests just to see where I am and to help measure progress.
Ht: 5’9.75"
Wt: 181 lbs
Bench Press 1RM: 209
Squat 1RM: 306
Pullups: 9
Pushups: 65
40 yd: 4.86
Broad Jump: 8’9"
Vertical Jump: 31"
I am using Joe Defranco’s WSFSB2 Program. BTW if anyone can suggest a good dynamic warmup/mobility drills i would really appreciate it.
