Hey All I learned about your site thru the Master Joe DeFranco! i cant stop reading the articles and threads here.

Playin Guard i need to gain weight (i know i know protein) and want to do so healthy to be 300+ and still last thru four quarters is very important. how can i put on weight while doing heavy cardio with the team in preparing for the upcoming spring ball/season?

I would think that you’d want to follow Joe DeFranco’s advice for training and nutrition since you play ball, and he excels in working with football players at all levels.
