I’m a big Jeff Willet fan and recently invested in his training DVDs along with Skip La Cour’s dvds. I’m currently training Max-OT style 2 weeks out from my first show in an attempt to hold on to what muscle i have left lol. While Jeff’s DVDs aren’t that informative and are geared more towards the beginner, its awesome to see him train 2 weeks out from the USA’s in 2003. [/quote]
I agree that it’s geared towards beginners, but at the same time, it’s good to go over a soilid foundation.
You should buy the vid and support bodybuilding, and its independant film makers. That would be like taking Biotest’s supplements off the back of a truck.
Definitely an inspiration. Seems like a decent, articulate guy in his interviews and physique to aspire for.
I support bodybuilding but… this vid was more a ‘movie’ than bodybuilding for me, though interesting… not something i would watch twice, hence why i dont buy it. Nutritional, training and mobility videos i do buy. Willet, la cour, coleman, cutler, yates, magnificent mobility, bought or on my list to buy. So dont give me that shit, willets getting my money from elsewhere.
sarevOK - also. nice thread. needs more pics and vids. when ive finished my study 2moro ill definately put more up to keep this going.

This is true as he is still a sponsored bodybuilder, but the filmmaker himself is just a regular guy.

Awesome man, It’s hard to find decent ones by a professional photographer.

Darker tan in these last couple ones. Guys a freakin beast IMHO
Always makes me feel like a puss when I see guys walking around at 198 shredded, especially a natty.
x2, makes me wanna push harder than before though. It’s good motivation to see what the limit of your genetics can hold
