We need a “300 Workout” T-Cell, and we need it now.

I did half of it. When I got to the floor wipers I realized I was wasting my time and quit, sugartits.
If that’s true maybe you need a new workout, beautiful.
I’m going to have to disagree . . . as will anyone who knows what the hell they are talking about, jailbait.
I AM correct, numbnuts.
I don’t think so, princess.
Again, you need a new workout, cupcake.
I guess if I have consistently pussy workouts it isn’t, loveslave.
What the fuck kind of shit statement is this, sexual?
try it out - you will only “waste” a half hour of your life, and maybe you might learn something about yourself in the process.
I managed to get away with only wasting 10, hot lips.
you quit - thats all i read, im sorry for you

you commented that it wasnt hard but didnt finish it?
are you a fucking moron yes or no?
Really? This in UN-provable and 100% relative to an individual and effort level.
You sure? Did you do my (the proverbial “my”) workout? How do you know I did not push harder then you?
That’s like saying being a sprinter is harder then being a long distance runner(or vice versa), each has it’s own challenges and hurdles to overcome.
Neither are you comparing the same thing.
For all I know your intensity level was crap, maybe you Half Rep heroed all your lifts. Not saying you did, but come on…
Don’t ask for peoples thoughts then attack them.
Can we get less prickish newbs please? k thnx…

if your point is that doing a low rep high weight workout is harder then doing this - you are wrong
if your point is that doing a low rep high weight workout every day for a year is harder then doing this once then you are correct!

let me make it more clear - this is harder then what you did during your last workout

sorry to be harsh - but facts are you have no idea of the intensity of doing this, and to comment the being consistent is harder - you are not comparing the same thing

agreed - however i didnt get too many thoughts on how this compares to a HIT cardio idea - which was posted in the original
i see the fad idea and how people will look down on it.
but someone who never actually did the workout and weighing in on it is ridiculous.
i never said do this and get huge/ripped
i did it and got a similar feeling to other “intense” workouts - and i thought this was harder and i wanted to know why people looked down on it - its just something else to do to that will try to explode your heart,
dont people do things sometimes for no other reason then to kick your own ass?

I think we hurt its feelings.
Let’s be more supportive now, mkay?
To sugartits: You’re sooo right! You work sooo hard and we are weak and dumb! I could never bee a spartan like you! You are sooo hardcorez I am in awe!

you seem reasonable so tell me this
how do you comment on something that you never actually did?
so that guy never did it and is giving me his thoughts on how hard it was - and you are calling me the prick bc the number next to my name is lower then his?

i guess the lesson here is to give advise when you know what your are talking about and not when you “think” you know what you are talking about.

Ok, I’m not trying to be an asshole, but this just struck me the wrong way. If I told you that I did 100 jumping jacks and then made a big deal about how hard it was and that you can’t comment on it unless you’ve done it, you’d think “What a retard,” right?
Pull ups, pushups, 135 lb deads, and 37 lb clean and presses, even for high reps, isn’t the decimating workout average people make it out to be.

I figure it’s not a good idea to pick a fight with anyone who can strip holding onto a knife.
I may be a meathead, but I’m not a dumbass.

ok im with you on that - im an athlete of sorts and this was harder for me then other crap i do. (was an athlete) to be more acurate. I have pushed my body to physical levels that most people dont do and i can say that this was tough. You said it wasnt, respectfully i disagree. I just stalked your profile and you are alot bigger and stronger then me, and this workout is easier for guys like me rather then guys like you
its as intese as you want it i guess.
anyway this is me
5’8"
175lbs
29 years
bench ? 100lb dbs for 5 ---- i work out alone
squat 295
dead 365
my apologies for the previous bullshit
Yes. I was referring to you as the prick because:
A)I have never seen your posts before this
B)You have a low post count
C)The flow of this thread was very newbish
As to why comment if you haven’t done this:
A)You never requested that only people who have done this comment
B)This is an open forum and you posted in the “beginner” section
C)I have doubts (very uninformed doubts) regarding this routines efficacy if done without forced motivation.
Oh, boy. But you asked for people to weigh in on it. If everyone stopped posting on threads where they haven’t done the exact program their would be a whole lot less dialogue going on. Which I think is a negative by the way.
And I never said if you do this you WON’T get huge/ripped.
Then my question is, is it kicking your ass? If it is then were good and done. If not then why are you doing it?
I think it’s tiring for sure. Harder is relative. I think running to my car is hard. Other people think picking up heavy stuff is hard.
I would say its less people knocking the program per se as you will eventually plateau as in you will stop gaining mass. Which is largely the goal of most people on this forum.
Actually the lesson here is when you want specific people to chime in, specify that.
Did I just write all the above in vain…? sigh
the trainer at my gym told me she was working so hard to try and beat this challange.
I tried it and I am a 300 pound fatty and only thing I couldnt do was the pull ups I got like 3 in and thats it but the rest was cake.
I went on to do a little swiming and changed and did my strong lifts after playing there little game. lol
