Hey so I was recently trying to get some more wrist mobility and I kinda injured my wrist while trying to do some mobility work. It’s not anything crazy like I broke it but my question is with a plank on my elbows put pressure on my wrists and prevent them from healing.
I love doing abs so I just really want to plank:sweat_smile:
No, planking on elbows with stiff forearms will not put enough pressure on your wrists to keep them from healing.
Moving your wrists around systematically when you’re not doing anything important will probably help heal them.
Ignore that.
I just meant that if forearms are limp, there’s probably zero pressure on your wrist, but i normally am pretty tense during a plank so even with holding wrist stiff, it’s not enough pressure to harm you.
