I honestly can’t take these that seriously anymore.
Bro all of you is narrow.
Get the fuck in the gym and stop asking stupid questions.
Yeah, bro can lock out below his knees ![]()
And OP might be able to hold 225lbs without straps… Those forearms just scream power.
If you insist
The “good genetics” (and all its derivatives) conversation is probably the most irritating, because there’s no “so what” to it.
First, good genetics for what - being really tall is going to help in basketball and potentially hurt in bodybuilding.
Second, because we are always talking about “for bodybuilding” on here, you weren’t going to be Mr. Olympia anyway… so it makes no difference.
Finally, what are you going to do about it one way or the other?
Just a totally wasted exercise. The triceps kickback of the forum.
Well, if a brocolli head said it, I’m sold
I just had a funny thought. Remember how it was all about expanding the rib box in the 40s-60s, with breathing squats and pullovers, so that dudes could strike poses like this
Maybe we’re due to just repackage all those programs and tell kids that it will expand their clavicles.
OH, I know: use the guillotine press instead of the pull over. They’ll really feel the stretch that way. Maybe heavy weighted dips too.
I vote for the Hercules hold.
Ribcage expansion is back! Overcoming compressed, flared ribs and excessively arched low backs is “in”.
How mfs on their way to out total everyone and go from 10th to 1st are built
Hench clavicles are the new ‘Biceps’ and how can ya bench, broski? ![]()
I suggest you clip your fingernails
Im only concern regarding myself is the length of one thing. Which is not my clavicle..

Getting back on the deadlifting kick, I’ve known dudes that intentionally grew out the nail on their thumbs to help with hook grip. Even filed some notches in it.
Which is something I’ll always love about powerlifters: they will always figure out the best ways to cheat within the rules. Strongman too.
I absolutely love hook grip. I like the notches idea a lot
Maybe not?
I was the one that allowed that post through.
