Your shoulders are “Rounded Forward” or “Internally Rotated” and squeezing together in a way that makes your clavicles look narrow.
Look at your off hand in the pics, always hanging knuckles forward, in front of your body.
Instead of off to the side of your body, externally rotated like you want.
Why is this such a common topic on this forum?

My thought is invest 6 months in the gym and see if you even have the capability to put on muscle.
OP has nice muscle development. My thought looking at his pics is that his neck is too long and head too large for his body. Maybe that is what brought on the clavicle question.

Outside of validation or humble bragging about something, I can’t really see a point with questions like this.
Why does it matter? Even IF you think you have narrow shoulders, what’re you gonna do about it? Quit?
I’d tell OP that if he thinks he’s got narrow shoulders then spend the next few years hammering them hard at all angles and bust his ass consistently in the gym. I’d be surprised if he thinks they are narrow after all of that. That’s the cold hard truth lol
1 arm moves were the elbow goes in an arc, like landmine presses and Sagittal Plane Pulldowns.
Moves where you should try to keep your shoulders Protracted to put tension in the right place like pec dec or flies. And pullovers or straight arm pulldown or “lat prayers.”
Serratus dips
Or on a bench if you’re not that strong yet.
Wrestling practice stuff like Bearcrawls and Hindu Pushups.

It is expected that a bodybuilder would prioritize his weak points. Not every successful bodybuilder is blessed with perfect bone structure or symmetry. But they are all focused on bringing up their weak points.

The problem is you have high T and your clavicle development is hindering your dick development. It’s all there if you know where to look.
High T = big clavicles, no dick. Low t = no clavicles, has a dick.
