I have seen so many videos that you are cooked if you have barrow clavicles and i started wondering if i have it. Im currently 55KG and has worked out for around 6 months and i really wonder if i have narrow clavicles.
You are “cooked” if you cannot add significant muscle mass.

Your clavicles are Freakishly wide. Like they are so abnormally wide and long they Must be Brittle.
I would be sure to avoid contact sports and any upper body impacts.

These threads are becoming my favorites, especially when photos are included. I can’t recall any threads where the OP looks like he ever lifted weights.
Actually it looks like you have clavicular hyper-osteogenesis, or over growth of specific bone masses.
Lifting weights actually makes it worse due to the piezo electric charge created by stress on bone. Typically this is why weight trainers have higher bone density, but in your case will actually make it much worse.

Hi guys, i’ve been going to the gym for 6 months, I like how my progress is going and I love to train hard and get a pump. The only thing that makes me worry is my clavicle genetics, my deltoids have grown in this months but i still feel like my frame is really small and narrow. Please be honest I’m tired of people telling me to just keep lifting or just messing with me,of course i will continue lifting, I just wanna know what if i have bad genetics
