Is it Ever Okay to Hit a Female?

Male or female It is never ok for anyone to hit anyone, but people are hardly ever ok to each other.

“Never”? It’s “never” ok?

You can’t even think of one scenario where it might be ok to hit someone?

How about a boxing match?

How about the dude that snatches a kid off the playground and is tossing him into a van?

The new girl you’re dating who asks to be spanked?

“Never”?

i kind of doubt the video’s real, too, to be honest. i just found it semi-amusing. and if that shit ever really happened to me, god would i be pissed. but i still wouldn’t ever hit a woman. i’d just leave her ass so fast her head would spin.
Do you actually sit and game so long and often for this scenario to be a possibility for you?
no. that video was just the first thing i thought of when i saw this thread. i never meant for anyone to take it very seriously.

Gotcha. There obviously is this stereotype of the “absentee boyfriend” due to constant gaming, otherwise this video wouldn’t have been made. Is it just blowing it out of proportion, or does this actually happen?

jbpick86-

It’s cool your wife was into that. Do you feel it would be a different story if she wasn’t into it at all? Would you be accused of being inattentive if that was a constant block of time for you?

While sitting in this Starbucks, I’ve already said to myself about five times, no six, “I’d hit that”.

I have never really been a constant gamer. I more of a binge gamer. I used to buy a new game ever 4-6 months, would play it non-stop until I beat it (usually a couple days) then would quit for a while. Now that I am a little older I cant seem to devote that large of a block of time to it anymore. 1 or 2 hours occasionally will usually fix whatever gaming urge I have but if I did much more than that, especially since I had my kid, she would probably consider it being inattentive to both of them.

About the only video games I play anymore are with my kids on the Wii. I couldn’t imagine actually having several hours to play a game for myself even if I wanted to. Maybe late-night, but there’s more interesting things to do at night after the kids go to bed.

I guess that’s part of what I can’t understand about the whole “my boyfriend plays video games and ignores me” situation.

I have started to gravitate towards games with a cinematic quality to them. Or group oriented games with my brother in laws and my dad, or the Wii for the family. Some of the more cinematic games actually interest my wife as they are basically playable movies so she doesn’t mind them as much. Although the PS3 has not been turned on since the birth of my child. Now if she isn’t asleep we are tag teaming seeing to her, and if she is we are sleeping too ha.

So it does happen then? What is with the girls who are still with these guys but complain about it? Is it the “I can fix him” challenge or what? You’re gaming habits sound almost identical to mine. The Uncharted series is fantastic. If you haven’t already, you should pick up The Last of Us. I’d say it’s the most intensely cinematic game I’ve ever played. I don’t think you’d wanna play it in front of the kiddies, though, which rule it out for you.

Back on topic, I think we can all agree that there are exceptionally few situations in which it would be justified for anyone to hit another person, man or woman. Not none, but very few, like when you’re life is in danger. Common sense shit that doesn’t really need much more elaboration.

I don’t know. I’m pretty sure a lot of them get cheated on though. In some cases, the girl just does whatever the guy wants to do. All the time. She has no personality or interests when by herself.

Imma just gonna say that sex with crazies is the best there is.

Thats why we stick our dick in crazy, even though its bad mmmmmkay?

Also, any man who claims to have never met a crazy woman has probably pretty lax standards when it comes to female bahavior.
