Is Everybody Stupid?

WTF I know this is a BB site but for crist’s sakes talk about fucking Powerlifting in this forum.

I go 543 on my lifts, and I’m 52, if your really special go 654 see how that goes.

Stop trying to re-invent the goddamm wheel. It is all about how strong you are on the platform.

BB

Stupid is as stupid does, and most stupid people I know start two rambling threads on the same topic. I know you’re 52 and all, but computers are a pretty big part of everyday life for most people nowadays, you should educate yourself on how to use them properly.

Curls get the girl’s, brah. Chicks don’t care how much anyone squats. Everyone is just keeping it real on here… tri’s get the guys…

I’m not sure I understand… are you referring to 500/400/300 or 600/500/400 Dead/Squat/Bench respectively?

This thread is even more confusing than the “1000lb club” thread.

everyone is stupid except you BB.

I don’t care how many people chime in this thread claiming to know this guy, he’s by far the most annoying poster since Type2B…

Yes.

<—Especially this guy.

Seeing as how this thread sucks, please enjoy the following Super Chicken theme song. Just thought I’d inject a little bit of awesome into an otherwise craptacular series of wrapping topics.

I believe he is saying 5-4-3.
BB, you are just misunderstood (:

Vtballa I don’t understand your response. I did not post twice on the same subject, in fact all my posts are completely different. Age aside, I suppose all of your knowledge of computers allows you to critique my posts.
So thanks for the pointer.

You are correct in the fact that sometimes I am annoying. I constantly hear and read about this program or that program, or this lifter does this or that. 5,3,1 comes out and all of a sudden the world is turned upside down. It is just simple training with no bells or whistles. What a concept. If you are a lifter or want to be a lifter, whether it is raw or equipped and you want to compete you should have at least some idea as to what is going on before you start to train for this sport. There is tons of stuff all over the net. So Read first then ask questions once you try what you have learned.

As far as the numbers posted previously I was using reps and didn’t put the commas in. Sorry for that.
