Stupid is as stupid does, and most stupid people I know start two rambling threads on the same topic. I know you’re 52 and all, but computers are a pretty big part of everyday life for most people nowadays, you should educate yourself on how to use them properly.
Seeing as how this thread sucks, please enjoy the following Super Chicken theme song. Just thought I’d inject a little bit of awesome into an otherwise craptacular series of wrapping topics.
Vtballa I don’t understand your response. I did not post twice on the same subject, in fact all my posts are completely different. Age aside, I suppose all of your knowledge of computers allows you to critique my posts.
So thanks for the pointer.
You are correct in the fact that sometimes I am annoying. I constantly hear and read about this program or that program, or this lifter does this or that. 5,3,1 comes out and all of a sudden the world is turned upside down. It is just simple training with no bells or whistles. What a concept. If you are a lifter or want to be a lifter, whether it is raw or equipped and you want to compete you should have at least some idea as to what is going on before you start to train for this sport. There is tons of stuff all over the net. So Read first then ask questions once you try what you have learned.
As far as the numbers posted previously I was using reps and didn’t put the commas in. Sorry for that.
