Congrats on the pull up! I’m getting ready to tackle these bad boys and I’m thinking of getting the bar MiM was talking about so that I can get extra time in outside of the gym. I’m also going to have to stalk back some to see how you progressed to this point!

N., it took me awhile…months I think…to work up to more than one. But you are advanced and can best that timeline. I’m still working on improving mine though! :wink:

I’m 5’4 - mostly legs (hence squat reprogramming) photo shoot was for an article I wrote for work. The best pictures are of my work buddy alone. She has some modeling experience and makes it all look beautiful and effortless. I’m just in for the ride. Story is basically taking the workout outside with a friend so I joined in on a few pics.

MIM: My job is pretty cool. I’m sales rep for a distribution company that works with the brand on my T-shirt amongst others. I can be very creative with my job and one of the perks is writing for our trade magazine. I’ve done customer bios, spoke of nutrition with some key players in Montreal and this patricular article was designing an outside workout program with my friend who won 3rd place in Fame fitness 2008 and 3rd in Quebec Tested Bikini in 2009.

That second pullup will come really soon if you continue to train pullups so hard. On the split squat, was your front leg or your back leg on the step?

You look great in those photos! I have the opposite leg:torso ratio. Each variety has perks and drawbacks.

Kimba: back leg on step. And speaking of clothing I need to get some quarter leggings. In some of the pictures of squats and such you see my underwear! lol. No bueno.
