I read that we are not all blessed with 3D abs - those that really pop out. Hence even extreme dieting won’t make those stand out. Hitting them harder every time you go to the gym should help you out…

Re: the vids - Super hawt legs and ass N! And your squat depth is incredible now, good work! Masch took the words out of my mouth regarding bar placement and squeezing your shoulder blades back more. That should help you keep your chest up more in the hole, which will help as your weights increase.

Blue: Vancouver was a deload - a break away from the usual heavy lifts so I’m postitive it helped. Also the fact that I’ve dropped away from my cardio for a bit to add some mass to the legs. I don’t believe 30-40 minutes of running after heavy squating will help me acheive my purpose. The Zerchers were fun but I have a strong chest and shoulders so the front squat feels more comfy, I will however keep them in my list whenever I need a switch up. Oh and by the way your belt pic has been running through my mind and all I can say is whoever is not happy, proud and purring to have his hands on you should be shot on sight. Nuff said.

Snap: I am a major summer person. I thrive in sunshine and heat. It’s a fight just to get out of bed in the winter. I’m guessing I’ll plateau sometime but for now I’m enjoying the moment and holding on to every victory because eventually they will become elusive.
I had a few specific goals in mind when I started:
1- benching the big plates - done in january. Now to add another 10-15lbs for bodyweight.
2-Deadlifting 4 plates. - done a few weeks ago. Now to make em pretty and reach Double Bodyweight
3-Squating properly- gotten much better. Now to at least reach bodyweight as a 2nd step. 3rd will be Double body weight.
4- manage 1 unnasisted pullup. Done yesterday - now to catch up with Kimba.

Blue: He better! you make sure he know that there is a crowd here waiting to put a smile on your face if he dicks around. By the way, after 10 years with the husband I can say that spring/summer is a purrin season for many.
Ran 5k in 30 minutes. Pretty average, I’d like to make it in 25 minutes by the end of summer. Good runs are 20-25 minutes. Elite are looking at 13-16. I’m not aiming for elite but above average would be nice.
woohoo! for the pullup. you have now achieved more than a large majority of the population. I was there not too long ago and my goal is to do 5 sets of 10 dead hang pullups.
Masch: I’m thinking if I could run my 5k in a closed circuit I could probably do it. The city traffic lights and cars prolly eat a few minutes of my time.
Dog: Thank you. i like thinking I can push myself a little more than “a large majority of the population”. But 5 sets of 10 full rom pullups are in a freakin far futur for me. My current goal is 3. If I can eventually do 3x8 or 5x5 I would be a rockstar in my book.
Today: Babysat my 4 year old and 8 year old niece and then helped the sister in low pack some boxes for her move. I’m considering that my exercise for the day. Tomorrow I’m going to the botanical gardens. Should be lovely.
I have trouble going much under 30mins for 5K, even though I run quite regularly. I would like to get 55mins for a 10K but that’s going to be pushing it. But I have three more 10Ks to run this year so we’ll see.
Congrats on the unassisted pull up. Is that overhand grip, yes? I can do one of those…but I find 'em way harder than chins. I’m shooting for 3x5 on the chins and we’ll go from there. I tend to do pull-ups less as they bother my rotator cuff a bit, but I’ll keep persisiting.
