Iron in the Blood

I do like the pics.
Vive le chalk indeed. (craie? Bad frenchy.)

Nice work getting that 225 up. That is my lifetime goal. Damnit.

Your lungs probably will hate you for a short bit.

ahhh- your lungs will recover quickly! (um, yes, x-smoker ask me i know…) still hit an occasional cigar myself. the cohiba blacks (not the cuban cohibas but the ones you get here are absolutely delicious)

HI and welcome back! beautiful pics, thanks for sharing. that water looked amazing. especially the empty beaches. and you looked lovely on the beach! crispy delicious canadian bacon say i! actually, you weren’t crispy but delicious, yes!

nice freakin deadliftin right after vacay, btw!

I’m flying off to Vancouver next week for a work convention and I have a couple of business suppers to attend. The crowd is mostly young profesionals. I’ve done a little shopping for some new outfits. I was trying to hit this particular note: smart, sophisticated, vixen. Let me know what you think.

flashing a double bi’s

poppin shoulders

2nd outfit going for french chic

ignore the hair and makeup which is obviously not done.

Ooooo love the outfits!!! and the flexing. You got some great back definition. You’re going to knock em dead in Vancouver!

225 DL - amazing! I can’t even imagine what thats like.

You know I never do decline situps, I really should.

your a good shopper and you look great in your outfits! I hate shopping…too many choices!

Like the red shoes. Looking at them makes my feet hurt, though!

Thank you ladies - Cal, the french blood allows me to wear any heel without pain, atleast for a few hours.

Today’s workout:

squats
65lbs 1x6
75lbs 1x6
85lbs 1x6
95lbs 1x6
115lbs 2x3
125lbs 1x2 - barely got that second up - ugh. was aiming for 135 but not this week.
95lbs 1x3
65lbs 1x10

pushpress
65lbs 3x8

calf raise w DB
50lbs 3x12 for each leg with 1 minute hold on last rep of each set

BB row
50lbs 3x12

sprinted home cause I was seeing the bad weather gather.

The sprint actually gave me a boost so once at home:

bicep curl w bands
3x12 superset with
jack knives
3x12

standing tricep extensions
15lbs 3x12
superset with sitting band flies
3x12

then called it a day.

cheers
N

I love, love, love those red shoes. I want some exactly like them, but I have no French blood. Therefore, I have little tolerance for hurty, which means I am probably screwed.

As an aside, is that why everywhere I looked in Montreal last summer there were gorgeous French women of all ages confidently walking around in amazing high heels? Oh did I feel frumpy in comparison.

P.S. The shoulders are looking especially hott in the halter top, which is tres chic.

Yeah, you look so super in those clothes. And the shoes!

Kimba: learning to walk in high heels is a must in my city - and watch out for those grills. I’ve had more than one heel ruined by slicing through the grills and stripping them. Do you think the city will reimburse me?

Snap: Those red ones are my absolute favs. Ferrari red and Italian-made. covet them all you want, they are a thing of beauty and transform the most monstrous feet into dainty little morsels.

anywho,
Saw a modern dance piece from Toronto called Dis/(sol/ve)r this evening and really enjoyed it. Plus, you know your husband loves you when he agrees to accompany you to a modern dance production during a Habs play off game. Yes I know, I owe him one big time

i came when i saw those shoes.

and i love the halter/pants combo too.

nomnom.

So what do they do to dainty little morsel feet?

look at those shoulders…very nice! super hawt, actually!!

i am so not a girly dresser. i envy that stuff…heels? shit-only on boots for me. i have horrible ankles and they roll when i’m wearing running shoes…lame!

love those red shoes…

*whistling

I’m like you, T. Not a girly girl. Although I love skirts and dresses, I always pair them with combat boots or chucks.

combat boots and skirts…I <3 you!!

Hi N!!
