i’m pretty certain we aren’t allowed in Cuba. great training there!
i’m chuckling to myself that you mentioned in mah log about finding a place to do glute briges…and you do them with 135 FFS! i just do them body weight…i do hope i’m referencing the same thing. they are single leg glute bridge…but i’m guessing you are putting up 135 with one leg…biatch!
oooooh, and 40 min of treadmill are just what i need. glad somebody is getting their cardio on!
Blue: I reset mine from the floor at every rep and use my ass to lift the weight - makes it a full body movement.
not sure about this guys total form though- looks like he could drop it on his head. Anyways use weight that you can control better than he does for sure.
Thats why I’ve been doing circuit-y type stuff hoping that it counts as cardio…I think I need more cardio though cry or get really strict with food again…These last 10lbs are a bitch…
Masch - those pulls are still with the bands - you’s probably do as many. Plenty of pics to come.
T- Woman I need to use both legs to bring that bar up (I beleive Kimba has a great vid on this) - problem is finding enough floor space so I’m not a hazard. Masch: from the floor I can look up into the the cuties wide shorts wink thought you’d apreciate an inside tip.
side note: went to my docs for routin checkup he’s a string bean. He said he works out a lot too but my arms are way bigger than his. My advice to Mr. Bean : eat. Didn’t even go into the details of what to eat. When you weigh 100lbs at the most any food is better than nothing. Plus as a doctor I imagine he is smart enough to know I ain’t talking about fries.
MIM: to keep sane I switch up the speed anywhere form 3mph (easy walking) to 7mph (fast run), by switching it up and fueling with the right music I can keep at it. Plus I trick myself in sayin just another 5 minutes until I’m drenched and done. Have you tried walking the treadmill on a very steep incline? With those quads of yours that could be a fun cardio. Finally as I’ve proven in my own log weight has very little to do with overall leaness. I haven’t lost a pound but you can see the difference so don’t let that pull you down. You’ve had great results so far.
^Thank YOU!!
ya, that’s why I’ve been taking pics to track progress…haven’t even weighed myself in over a month!
I do hill walking on treadmills…actually thats the only indoor cardio I find tolerable…that and the upright bike is decent…but something about being in a one place for long drives me batty! So far I haven’t had to do tons of cardio…
I may do an experiment and add more in at least for two weeks to see what happens! I know the scale is shit, but something about KNOWING I am at a certain weight that I’ve set for myself will make me feel better and I can stop thinking about it…but it’s like ok, what happens when I get there, will I be satisfied? probably not

Oh, cool, those look even better! I’m definitely gonna try them out, and see how they feel.
Saw some super cute kettle bells today - the 30lbs was like 80$ shit! what are those made of anyways??
4th day in a row - pushing myself because next week is total fried canadian bacon in the sun week.
BB clean and press
65lbs 6x1
75lbs 6x1
80lbs 3x1
85lbs 3x1
90lbs 3x1
105lbs 2x1 PR! fuck yeah. Had a total mental block and had to retry a couple times. The 2nd rep was cleaned OK but I had to try 3 times before finally pressing the sucker. Def. my current 1 rep max.
abs: flat bench leg raise
with 5kg medecine ball between knees
4x12 with hold on last reps - if you do these properly you will work those abs hard.
yup- good stuff on those dips- working on really doing proper depth and adding reps. Maybe in a few months I’ll try them weighted. That sounds like a cool goal.
Thanks snap - but I’m having trouble thinking of dropping down into the squat. That’t why I need to do a lot of reps at manageable weights beforehand. However I had a harder time pressing than cleaning which, to me, makes a lot of sense.
No training today - work and then prep for my flight tomorrow: pedi, arm wax, shave, bring the cat to the kitty sitter, a little clean up (because nothing is worse than coming back from vacation to a grimy toilet).
happy happy joy joy! do you ‘clean,’ it oly style all quick like? or is it just a matter of getting it off the floor? dont even know if that makes sense…
love to see a vid next time!! I’m gonna try these today…I have no real plan of what Im doing this morning anyway haha
I’m not sure if I get your question MIM but I have a vid of a c&p a couple pages back that should give you a good idea. Basically I do try to lift the bar from the floor in one quick movement. Once the bar is near the shoulders, I usually give myself a couple of seconds rest, position myself properly and then go for the press.
