Looks like i might be moving to ireland perminantly, gf secured a dream job. Only problem is i know finding work in strength and conditioning field there is gonna be an ass.

We’ll be based around letterkenny or derry, regardless the missus will be traveling all over.
My best ever vertical jump was 31 inches, i hav’nt tested it in 3 years. But some the parkour guys i work with can jump over 30 inches easily.
18 year old who trains with us in my gym has a vert of around 30"
Very good squatter. At around 70kg b/w can sqyat 132.5kg ass to grass
Funny enoughi actually measured mine teh other day it was around 26"

Bangor actually! I train in a few places; round at my parents garage, at my mates or at Fitness First. Usually FF these days as the garage is bastard freezing!!
I was up to I think 218lbs a few months ago but down to 175 after a pretty nasty spine injury. (sumo wrestling on a beach - dont ask!!)
By the way I started a thread yonks ago about getting Biotest supps over here but didnt get much joy.
Anyone know of a good importer or supplier?
Ive had Flameout and Superfood shipped over but the postage and tax is a bastard.

I’m using irish-liftng.com at the mo, pretty good value, and no delivery charge over e100.
