In your previous article/interview “the anabolic power of insulin” you mentioned the insulin index. I have searched a few search engines and can only find one site that shows the insulin index of certain foods. It didnt list protein powders, and I was wondering if anyone knows the insulin index rating of whey protein concentrate. Any help would be appreciated.
