I couldn’t find an “introduce yourself” spot, so I figured I’d post in here…
My name is Jon. I’m a Massage Therapy student, certified personal trainer, and happy husband to a wonderful woman. I started out doing bodybuilding after high school. I weighed in at a strong 162lbs when I graduated. Now I’m around 205 and I mostly focus my training on powerlifting and olympic lifting.
I specialize in postural assessment/correction and injury rehabilitation. I’m working towards getting my sports specialization and my goal is to eventually get my CSCS. I’d like to work as an RMT, PT, and volunteer as a high-school strength coach.
I have read a number of articles on T-Nation and I peruse the forums often, but I just registered and this is my first post. I don’t know how much I’ll be around (I am married and working full-time while being a full-time student), but I hope I can be a useful resource.
I also plan on milking the resources already here because Powerlifting and Olympic Lifting are still fairly new to me…
