Injuries and Foam Rolling

Hey guys, sorry if this is not right place to post this but I just signed up so not quite sure.
I went to phsyio recently but only had 30 minutes with him and couldn’t explain h.alf of my problems, but what he did say is I have winged scapula and to strengthen my serratus anterior
So I can’t go back to phsyio for awhile I have no time as I just started college again and I was wondering if I could get any advice.

I’ve been researching so much about it and I’ve got a routine which is hopefully going to sort my shoulders out but the problem is when I first started training I literally made a huge mistake of doing oo much benching bicep curls and shrugs never stretching. I know I have super tight muscles everywhere I always get joint pains. I now want to take it serious and train and eat properly and I bought a foam roller and together which stretching and strengthening I was hoping to sort myself out abit.

The problem I have is foam rolling is so painful it feels like I’m just on my bone but im
Pretty sure I’m not, is this just cause my
Muscles are so tight or am I doing it wrong. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Foam rolling when you first start is almost unbearable. Keep doing it. I can foam roll now after about6 months without any pain. Stick to it and I guarantee you will feel a lot better

The first time I foam-rolled my IT bands, I just couldn’t do it. It just hurt so much. I was a sweaty mess by the time I finished.

Now it doesn’t hurt anymore.

Just go look at stuff online and you’ll be fine.
