If I remember well you’re the one who look like a hamburger in previous avatar…

Dude, really?
Your defense of your argument is personal insults?
Sure hope you look better than him under that shirt if that is your stance…
If you mean his avatar, that ain’t him.
He looks like the average weekend warrior. OF COURSE guys like that don’t bulk up. If my goal was to look like him, I could have quit training after the first few months in the gym.

I looked in the profile after his first rant a couple pages ago didn’t make a lot of sense, lol.
I thought it might be his English at first too, lol.
yeah, I’m quite happy that after 1,5 year of training and with lot of mistakes I look like I look… I gain about 17kg and that’s not from cakes.
I also eat about 6000 calories/day in the way that I call as a CLEAN. And I’m simply angry that people call a hamburger, kebabs a good healthy, bodybuilding nutrition - WITHOUT ANY REASON. that’s simple bullshit, especially when someone look little unhealthy…
E: In my avatar is Frank McGrath people, a bodybuilder.

You consider kebabs which are essentially skewers of grilled meat and vegetables not good for mass? And you lumped it together with chocolate cake and snickers?
Retarded.
also what is wrong with a burger?
Sweet, so not only are you personally insulting me, you are digging up my PREVIOUS (hinting at something in the past) my avatar to do it?
Do I look like a fat person in my current avatar? I weigh 210 in that pic and my arms are 18" by the way.
Well, here in the U.S. hamburgers are made out of ground beef - not chicken skin and old newspapers.
Plus, you are aware that you DO need some saturated fat in your diet? Since it’s a pre-cursor to blood cholesterol, which is required for formation of testosterone and bile synthesis, as well as fat-soluble vitamins including Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K.

common now. You ever eat a fast food on a city??? Kebabs are full of fat meat, older than you are, full of salad cream, sauces. Onions and FUCKING cucumber is really great for mass, and full of vitamins… for sure.
And I don’t know what is in US, but in Poland hamburgers are not made of MEAT, that meat is from chicken skins, fat etc.
And everything full of saturated fat.
Are you just stupid or blind???
LOL okay, i didn’t factor in that you’re from a shit hole country where kebabs aren’t made of meat. In Canada and the US kebabs are made of meat.

Yes, but oil in hight temperature isn’t healthy… besides rice oil, and I don’t think that french fries or hamburgers (maybe only in my country) are prepare on rice oil. I just found in dictionary that “hydrogenated fat” is term that I didn’t know… and THAT IS UNHEALTHY SHIT, and it is in every cookie and in every McDonald in my country.
Besides I eat a lot of cooked porky meat, fat beef. I know that saturated fat is OK. And I very like bulking. But I’m not a lazy person and I EAT CLEAN FOOD for about 6000calories daily and that’s the more healthy way to promote, not cheat meals stuff.
this what’s going on this site in “cheat meals” topic is simple too much for me and it’s even funny… people with good shape in their photos never promote eating crap everyday, people that have way too much fat on them, tell to others that cheat meals are OK.
Why? why guy eating cookies is consider as a good prospect in BB by burger king - Prof.X - and he don’t tell him to eat rice, beef, rice, beef, rice, chicken? cause he looks big but hell no like a bodybuilder??? from about last 20years he simple cannot cut the weight down??? maybe that’s the answer. And yeah 'X, I hope that 1,5 year in gym person never be bigger that person who trains 20 years.

Yeah, I was bigger than you after 1.5 years in the gym. You don’t have room to be talking quite so much shit right now. I could see if you were blowing up as a result and looking ABOVE average due to your approach, but you aren’t and don’t.

I understand that English is not your 1st language, but I’m having trouble deciphering this. Uh - are you saying Prof X doesn’t look like a bodybuilder? Are you fucking serious with this?
Apologies if I’m misunderstanding what you are saying - also, no ones is suggesting eating cookies, but a hamburger made with lean ground beef is sure as fuck good bodybuilding food.

I haven’t been training for 20 years either. Why do these guys think I am in my 40’s?
